Book the auditYou know something's leaking. You're not sure where to start.
Most car subscription operators we talk to have a list. Overdue invoices. Abandoned signups. Customers who churn for reasons nobody quite understands. The list is long, the team is small, and every fix competes with running the business.
The Leak Audit exists for that moment. We spend a week looking at your business with fresh eyes and a specific question: where is the most recoverable revenue, with the least engineering effort? You get a written report with the answer. What you do with it is up to you.
What we look at
Over the week we dig into:
- Your payments data — failures, retries, recovery rates, dunning flows
- Your signup funnel — where leads enter, where they drop, what your channels actually deliver
- Your customer experience — onboarding, lifecycle, the moments where trust is won or lost
- Your stack — what you're running, what's costing you, what's slowing you down
We talk to your team, look at your numbers, and walk through your product as a customer. At the end you get a written report with three prioritised recommendations, each with a rough estimate of the revenue impact and the effort required.
How the week runs
Kickoff call
We agree on what's in scope, get access to the data we need, and schedule any team interviews.
We work
You don't need to do anything except answer the occasional question.
Walkthrough
We deliver the written report and walk you through the findings on a 60-minute call.
What you walk away with
A written report — typically 10–20 pages — that you can share with your team, your investors, or your board. It's yours regardless of whether you work with us further.
Most clients use the audit to decide whether one of our sprints makes sense. Some take the report and fix the leaks themselves. Some take it to a different vendor. All of those outcomes are fine — the audit pays for itself either way.
A small commitment that usually saves a much bigger one.
$4,500, one week, a written report. If we end up working together on a sprint afterwards, the audit fee is credited toward the sprint price.
